Besides Sarah Kern, there are currently Rudolf Neumeier and the Lifestyle House GmbH in this project.

The planning office and furniture store Rudolf Neumeier has many references. These include the planning and furnishing of the largest hotel resort in Germany, of which one hotel was selected to the hotel property of the year in Europe in 2004. The operator, among many others, received the award Hotelier of the year.
Regardless of the many additional references in hotels and restaurants, the company Rudolf Neumeier, is established with plannings and furnishings in the superior private sector in Germany as abroad. A range of key personalities from politics, business, sports and entertainment are among the customers.

The Lifestyle-House GmbH is an experienced partner in the field of system and prefabricated houses. The Lifestyle-house GmbH developed and distributes among others the Peter Maffay Tabaluga house, as well as the lifestyle house.

In conjunction with designer Sarah Kern, herself from an architect and artist family, it is an ideal combination of all participants to implement the concept of Sarah Kern homes successfully.
